Clerk1 is a completely ground-up new web application 100% written here in-house by Rick Moore. It’s a truelly GLOBAL stock tracking WEB APPLICATION running an SQL database in the clouds that can be accessed live anywhere on the planet on any internet device to update the status of discharge cargo from RoRo ships or view it respectively It runs a secure user base with varying access levels from the clerk entering the data in the yard to the administrators and the customers logging in to view the staus of their stock from any country completely live The intuitive software does countless tasks live as the vessels are discharged in port. From automatically calculating the average discharge speeds and estimated finish times with highly advanced time management routines painstakingly coded by hand specifically for this industry (aiding in labour management among other things), to aiding the clerks in all sorts of automated math, greatly reducing the chance of error, and allowing all key operators on each ship/shore to share live data simultaneously on their phones, tablets or PCs As this software was written ground-up by us rather than most similar software that has been hacked and adapted from a generic commercial stock control system, it can be customised PERFECTLY to do ANTYHING YOU CAN CONCEPTUALIZE. This is simply not possible with commercial systems. This project is ongoing, constantly evolving and adding new features from user and customer input The software was initially written with an Australian Stevedoring operation in mind, we are now inviting other stevedoring operations and shipping lines worldwide to engage in talks about potential future/customisation & deployment to their personal use.
