My Site is Down or Displaying the ACCOUNT SUSPENDED screen

The main reasons you will see this error

1. Your hosting invoice payment is late so the software has automatically taken your site offline
   Is my site lost?
   No, Shipwreck Studio do not delete your site content immediately when you are automatically taken offline. Rest assured your site content is still in one piece and can be restored instantly.
   You can contact us via email, contact form or Office Phone (02) 8005 8088 if there is any questions or issues. You can also just push the PAY NOW button on your hosting invoice and process a payment. Please be sure to let us know when you have made payment so we can check that the automated systems have done their job correctly in re-instating your site
2. On a rare occasion the ACCOUNT SUSPENDED screen may display in error – please contact us ASAP if you believe there has been an error
